In order to delete a Biller, you simply need to do the following:
- Log in to your Online Banking account
- Choose Add/Edit Biller
- Choose the appropriate Biller from the list provided
- Where the Biller information appears, scroll down and choose Delete Biller
- When asked if you are sure, choose OK
If the operation is successful, you will receive a message stating that the Biller has been deleted. Please be aware, if you are attempting to remove a Biller that has a recurring payment, you will first need to cancel the payments within Bill Pay.
